Andreas Karl Meier
He is the owner and CEO of Roviwa AG, a financial services firm established in 2001 that offers investment advice to high net worth individuals. He was a director of Camco Asset Management, Zurich and Consulting Partners Asset Management, Zurich. He was also an investment advisor with BNP (Suisse) Zurich and Credit Suisse Zurich. Since 2000 Mr. Meier has been a full member of the self-regulatory organisation VQF. Since 2010 he sits on the board of Rohfund SICAV Plc, a multi-fund AIF licensed in Malta.

Dr. Jan Schembri has several years of experience in the financial services sector, having worked as legal trainee in the Banking and Finance division of Ganado & Associates. Following the completion of his legal studies, Dr. Schembri was employed as an associate at Lecocqassociate, where he was responsible for managing the Maltese office of the Geneva-based law firm. Dr Schembri completed a Master’s in Banking & Finance degree in 2011 from Stirling Management School (UK). Dr. Schembri was a partner at David Griscti & Associates where he focused on investment services. Dr. Schembri holds a Certificate in Risk in Financial Services from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (UK).
