Welcome to the website of Multipartners Financial Services Limited (MPFS), a ‘Category 2’ investment management company licensed as a full Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) in terms of the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive (AIFMD) (Directive 2011/61/EU.

MPFS currently manages two multi-fund Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) licensed by the MFSA in terms of the AIFMD. In terms of its licence MPFS is composed of a board of directors, an investment committee, a portfolio management team, a risk manager, a compliance officer and a money laundering reporting officer. MPFS is licenced to offer management services to all professional clients, including collective investment schemes, in relation to a wide category of instruments, including transferable securities, units in collective investment schemes, various forms of derivative contracts and instruments, CFDs, certificates or other instruments deriving property rights and foreign exchange.
